Ryan Cheah is the Founder of 21st.

Prior to founding 21st, Ryan spent two years at Fibe, one of New York’s leading tech events companies, which has hosted more than 200 events for 50,000+ founders, investors and operators. He also led content for Anthony Park, one of New York’s best-known real estate agents online, growing his audience from 150K to 1.1M followers and 120M views.

Ryan has led growth and go-to-market for Garage Project in Singapore, where he helped launch a non-alcoholic beer brand across Asia, as well as DealPotential, a private markets data company, and The Spanish Alchemist, a consumer skincare brand.

Ryan is based in New York City.

Dana Zhang

Chief of Staff

Dana Zhang is Chief of Staff at 21st, where she leads partnerships, operations and the member network.

Dana’s background spans consulting, media and finance. She has worked in Cyber Risk and Regulatory Consulting at PwC, in Research, Analytics and Strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery for CNN Digital, and in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. At NYU Stern, she was a research assistant studying green bonds and placed second in the Bank of America LIFT Challenge on blended finance and social impact.

Dana graduated from NYU Stern with a degree in Finance and Data Science. She is based in New York City.

Sabrina Wu is Head of Design at 21st, where she leads the brand, website and media production, from event identities to the photo and film that follow every room.

Sabrina graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Communication Design on a merit scholarship.

Based in New York City.
